#ASPIRASI OVER 2,300 CIVIL DEFENCE PERSONNEL TO BE DEPLOYED FOR OPS PRIHATIN AIDILFITRI NATIONWIDE SHAH ALAM: A total of 2,364 personnel from the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM), supported by 650 assets, will be deployed nationwide for Ops Prihatin Aidilfitri 2026, which runs for 10 days from March 19 to 29. The operation was launched at the Petaling District Civil Defence Office at the Batu 3 Toll Plaza along the Federal Highway here, aimed at enhancing APM’s readiness to assist the public during the festive season. APM said the operation will focus on patrols along major federal and state roads, as well as identified hotspots expected to see heavy traffic, including high-risk areas such as tourist destinations, shopping centres and places of worship. “Op Prihatin aims to assist road users and provide immediate response to emergencies, including road accidents and disasters, throughout the festive period.
